The Suns enter the game after losing 111:130 against the Dallas Mavericks despite a 20 points performance by Deandre Ayton. This was the second loss in the three games for the Suns after the team hit an impressive six-game winning streak. Despite the loss, The Suns have twice more wins than losses with 16 wins and eight losses. With Devin Booker and the much-improved play of Deandre Ayton, the Suns’ effort remains among the best.
Chris Paul is planning to play in this game and although they did well without him, his Floor General duties give the team more oomph. Can the Suns withstand a couple of losses and get back to their winning streak ways? With Mikal Bridges at the defensive helm, the prospects are always going to be bright.
Boston Celtics
The Celtics enter the fray after defeating the Raptors 116:110 as Jayson Tatum scooped up 34 points. Boston has the best record in the league with 20 wins and five losses, losing just two out of their 18 games. They have won seven out of their eight games away from home which means they are impenetrable both home and way. This has been a blistering start for the Celtics which reached the Finals last season.
Their offense has been even better than last season. Tatum is averaging over 30 points and Brown over 25 points whereas six other players are averaging between 7-14 points to make up for a potent offense from top to bottom. The Celtics have done all this incredible winning without their defensive dynamo Robert Williams so the deams of a Celtics’ championship don’t look far-fetched.
Injuries
- Suns: OUT: Duane Washington Jr, Cam Johnson. Game-Time Decisions: Torrey Craig, Chris Paul;

Expert Betting Tips
The Suns have been an amazing squad for three straight seasons and they remain the team to beat in the West. The Celtics are currently the best team and they have been just stacking up wins like there is no end to it. Thus, this makes for a tricky betting scenario. I expect a back-and-forth battle and the score to be high. I’d back the Celtics to continue their winning ways and my scoreline prediction is 118:114 in favor of the Celts.
