The NBA Regular Season has been in deciding stages and we have witnessed another superb season. The Postseason will have even more intensity and this will be another title race that is going to be decisive and will end up reaching crunch time. In this game, one of the title contenders, the Memphis Grizzlies will take on the New Orleans Pelicans.

The Pels enter the game after losing 103:121 against the Kings despite a 22 points and six assists performance by Brandon Ingram. Ingram did commit seven turnovers but he has been in red-hot form, scoring 25+ points and leading the charge in the assists column. The Pels have two losses in four games and their play has been impressive lately, as they have clinched seven wins in the last nine games. The Pels season derailed when Zion was injured and at one point in January, they lost ten in a row followed by another lean. Because of that, they are in the Play-in tournament, however, this seemed unlikely a month ago or so.
Memphis Grizzlies
Memphis comes into the match after defeating the depleted Portland Trail Blazers 119:109 as Desmond Bane scooped up 30 points. The Grizzlies have won two of the last four, following a period where the team won 10 of their 11 games because of which they have 50 wins and 29 losses, with a huge chance of nabbing the second spot in the West. This has helped them overcome a poor period late during late January and early February. The Grizzlies are amidst another 50+ win season and the young squad despite numerous controversies and absences has made it to the elite section.
Injuries
- Pelicans: OUT: Jose Alvarado, Zion Williamson;
- Grizzlies: OUT: Brandon Clarke, Steven Adams. Game-Time Decisions: Jake LaVaria, Dillon Brooks, Dillon Brooks.
Expert Betting Tips
The prime offensive play of Jaren Jackson has been influencing the current run and his defense is unmatched too. Ja Morant has been scintillating as always and the backcourt of Desmond Bane and Morant will be huge in the Playoffs. The Pels have some issues against elite teams but they have been playing at a high keel. Anyway, I back the Grizzlies to win this and predict a scoreline of 127:117 in their favor.
