NBA is on and if your bets are failing a lot lately, don’t worry, fatigue is now seeping in and even teams that started with a 70%+ win record have lost against teams that are far removed from even a 40% win record. Such examples are numerous and things are more intriguing when two teams with almost the same records meet being around 50% win. This is what will take place when the Minnesota Timberwolves take on the Dallas Mavericks.

The Timberwolves and Mavericks are going to meet for the second time in two days and during their last meeting, the Wolves defeated Dallas116:106 behind Anthony Edwards’ 27 points, 13 rebounds, and 9 assists to extend their game-winning streak to three. The Mavericks lost their second straight and have suffered five defeats in the last seven games therefore, they have 16 losses and 15 wins. They have been losing despite having Luka Doncic active during this period but remember, it was around this phase of the last season when they acquired steam, but that is looking distant as of now.
In the last game, the Mavericks had their recurring offensive struggles. Things got tricky because their Ace Luka Doncic shot just 5/17 from the floor but Spencer Dinwiddie did a great job of scoring 20 points on an above-average shooting effort. It was the second quarter that derailed their effort where the team scored just 14 points. For Timberwolves, Naz Reid has picked up his game in various ways and because of that, the void created by Karl Anthony-Town’s absence has been filled to some extent. D’Angelo Russell has been inconsistent but has had some 20+ points lately. Overall, the Timberwolves may have had some strong efforts but they are in some way removed from being a Playoffs level team.

Expert Betting Tips
The Mavericks have done an awful job away from home and their struggles keep on multiplying on the road. Although Doncic’s numbers are still amazing away from home, averaging almost 30, his average is down by 5 points, field goal percentage down by 6 and turnovers up, which has impacted the Mavericks’ effort, however, this in no way is among the main reasons. The Timberwolves can pounce upon loose play and Anthony Edwards is in a great rhythm. I believe the Wolves will grab their second win against the Mavericks in a row. I predict a scoreline of 120:110 in favor of Minnesota.
