Some teams have picked up their game compared to last season while others have not done that required job and as we head deeper into the season, we will witness various flip-flops. In this game, the Memphis Grizzlies are going to take on the Sacramento Kings.

The Grizzlies come into this game after facing a 115:127 loss against the Brooklyn Nets despite a 31 points outburst by Dillon Brooks. This was their third loss in four games and all of the losses have been away from home. Due to the recent downturn, the Grizzlies now have 10 wins and seven losses after a solid start. Despise his recent lack of form, the Grizzlies need not worry as they have gotten back Jaren Jackson Jr whose defensive activity is crucial for the team. Ja Morant is injured but his injury doesn’t seem to be too serious at this point.
Desmond Bane continues to be a huge factor as a guard scorer and alongside Brooks, forms a strong backcourt that can score from multiple areas. But of course, the offense is at its best when Ja Morant can unleash his strong driving and playmaking game, opening up even more opportunities for the rest of the team. Steven Adams continues o be an offensive rebounding machine whereas Jaren Jackson's return is going to improve the play on defense. The Grizzlies garnered headlines last season due o their amazing play and the sky is the limit for them.
Sacramento Kings
The Kings have been amidst an incredible start to the season and they have one of the best offensive teams in the league. They come into this game after defeating the Pistons 137;129 as De’Aaron Fox inserted 33 points. They have won six in a row and five of those wins have been at home. They have recovered from a zero win and four losses start, having won nine of their eleven games. The upcoming schedule isn’t easy and the offense that has scored 120 or more during those wins.
Their defense isn’t of a high-level and they are more comfortable with high-scoring shoot-outs, which is their modus operandi. While Domantas Sabonis has been a strong rebounding presence and can also score inside using his immense frame. Meanwhile Kevin Huerter’s elite long-range shooting has been perhaps the biggest difference-maker as he can dip in deep shots. Harrison Barnes and Keegan Murray have been two high-yielding wings and have gotten the job done. Malik Monk has done a great job of scoring the ball and can get it done off-the-bench.
Injuries
- Grizzlies: Doubtful: Ja Morant. OUT: Desmond Bane, Ziarie Williams, Danny Green;
- Kings: No injuries to report.
Expert Betting Tips
The Kings have been doing an amazing job on the scoring end due to the presence of Fox, Sabonis, and Huerter. The Grizzlies are in great touch as they have one of the deepest scoring units. Dillon, Bane, and Jackson Jr. can be amazing offensively even without Morant and overall, the Grizzlies will need to support the defensive end as much as possible. In this game, I believe the Grizzlies will win taking advantage of the home support. The Points Range can be 235-245.
