The NBA season has moved into its Postseason window and this Regular Season is heading to an important stage where a loss or win can make or break the deal. Therefore, every game becomes ever so essential, and with only a couple of days or so remaining, the action is heading into crunch time. In this Regular Season game, the Los Angeles Lakers are going to take on the Phoenix Suns.

The Lakers come into this game after losing 118:125 against the Clippers despite a 33 points performance by LeBron James. This loss broke a four-game winning streak and have seven of their last nine games. The Lakers have been playing some terrific basketball at the tail-end of the season and they were expected to play like this at the beginning of the season. At any rate, the current play has given them a chance at the Play-in tournament and an unlikely chance at the top-six position. They will go in with great confidence in the Play-in tournament and can end up nabbing the home-court advantage for the tournament.
Phoenix Suns
The Suns enter the game after defeating the Nuggets 119:115 on the heels of a 29 points and seven rebounds performance by Kevin Durant. This was the seventh straight win for the Suns and these wins have come when their midseason Superstar blockbuster addition Kevin Durant returned from injury. The Suns have yet to lose with him in the lineup so it doesn’t matter they are finishing fourth in the West. The way the duo of Durant and Booker is operating together it makes Phoenix an instant contender for the title, a disposition that looked unlikely before the team acquired Kevin.
Injuries
- Lakers: OUT: Scotty Pippen Jr. QUESTIONABLE: LeBron James, Anthony Davis. PROBABLE: D’Angelo Russell;
- Suns: OUT: TJ Warren.
Expert Betting Tips
The Suns have been riveting ever since Durant joined their ranks and everyone who follows the NBA knows that Kevin is a proven winner who lifts squads to different levels. This man went to a Finals when he was early in his NBA career, has already won titles, and is hungry for more. The Lakers have been fancied by some experts lately but really, how far does this bubble last with an injured LeBron and exhausted Davis? I predict a scoreline of 124:119 in favor of the Suns if the full-strength squad shows up.
