The NBA is on and soon we are going to hit the midseason window, and as half of the games for each team will get done, there can be a review of the situation at a big pace. But some things will mostly stay the same, the home team will dominate and the road team will have their work cut out. And one home team that has destroyed many squads, the Golden State Warriors is going to take on the Atlanta Hawks.

The Warriors enter the game after defeating the Portland Trail Blazers 118:112 as Jordan Poole scooped up 41 points. This was the Warriors’ fourth straight win and all of them have come at home. This has helped them recover from a period where they lost five of their six games, four of them away from home. Overall, the Warriors have won 16 out of their 18 home games but they just have 19 wins and 18 losses.
Jordan Poole has been on fire since Curry has been absent and it is clear that he is no more a bench player and shines best as a starter. The defensive side is just on another level when the team is at home and this will be a great window as the team has four more games at home. The trouble is that the scene will become trickier once again when the team goes on the road.
Atlanta Hawks
The Hawks come into the game after a harrowing 121:130 loss against the Lakers despite a 29 points performance by Trae Young. This was their third straight loss and they have now lost 19 and won just 17 games. They began the season with seven wins and three losses but have lost 16 and won just 10 games since then. The defensive side has been a bit lax for the Hawks and they have yet to develop some cohesion.
Trae is putting big numbers again, averaging close to 28 points and 10 assists but he has shot just 31% from the three-point line. DeJounte Murray has been a factor but his limitations are on display some times. Forward John Collins’ scoring average is way down from previous years whereas Bogdan Bogdanovic has been a big-time scorer. Clint Capela’s production is down whereas De’Andre Hunter is having another decent season.

Expert Betting Tips
The Warriors have been sizzling on their home floor again whereas the Hawks have hit a wall and may have to pull off some trades because this season is like a replica of the last season. Defensively, Golden State has been in a great groove lately which will make things difficult for Atlanta. I believe the Hawks are going to be coming strong but the Warriors will prevail late. I predict a scoreline of 124:117 in the favor of Golden State.
