The NBA Regular Season is on and this has been a promising season with records breaking like never before. There are some strong teams that have taken a dip, such as the Suns and the Warriors, whereas some teams have taken a leap and keep on just improving. One of those squads, the Denver Nuggets is going to take on the Minnesota Timberwolves.

The Nuggets come into this game after another dazzling win as they defeated the Portland Trail Blazers 122:113 behind an incredible 36 points, 12 rebounds, and 10 assists. Denver has now won seven in a row and has improved to an impressive 31 wins and 13 losses record. They have won 14 in a row at home and with three more games at home, their prospects look even juicier.
Jokic has his mates Jamal Murray and Michael Porter Jr. back and these two have made an immediate impact. Apart from that, Aaron Gordon’s play and the inclusion of Bruce Brown and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope have given depth. They have one of the most efficient and measured offenses and their defense has also improved constantly.
Minnesota Timberwolves
The Timberwolves come into this contest after losing a close 125:126 battle against the Jaz despite a 29 points performance by Anthony Edwards. Despite the loss, the Wolves have done much better, winning six of their last eight games but a poor start means that they have only 22 wins and 23 losses. They have been without key player Karl Anthony-Towns for around two months at this point.
Anthony Edwards has scored 20+ points on a regular basis and has been the scoring leader whereas D’Angelo Russell has improved his play as well, also hitting the 20 points mark regularly. There are depth issues and the Wolves’ defense has certainly been hit. What is in store for them for the rest of the season?

Expert Betting Tips
Although the Nuggets played last night, it was at home and momentum is going to be with them. Anthony Edwards’ questionable designation complicates the plans for the Wolves and it will be interesting to see whether he plays it or not because his play has been central to their success recently. At any rate, I’d back the form of Jokic to carry the Nuggets again and predict a 120:114 win in their favor.
