The NBA has now reached its climatic stage and it will be a crucial couple of weeks. This has been another electric season where records have shattered but all that is fine and dandy, it is the title of what it comes down to. In this Regular Season game, Chicago Bulls and Los Angeles Lakers come face-to-face.

The Bulls come into this game after losing 112:124 to the Bulls despite a 23 points performance by Zach LaVine. The Bulls’ loss broke their two-game winning streak and have won seven out of their last ten games. Zach LaVine and DeMar DeRozan remain the pillars of the offense but even they haven’t been able to make the Bulls an automatic pick for the First Round of the Playoffs. The Bulls have Play-in under their radar but how long will they last in the Postseason with their continued struggles?
Los Angeles Lakers
The Lakers last played the Bulls and suffered a 108:118 loss in LeBron James’ return from injury. The team has done well at the tail-end of the season, having won 12 of their 19 games. They have had a rather underwhelming season and their slow start has now put them in a situation where a deep Playoffs run can’t be expected. The midseason trade to bring in D’Angelo Russell, Malik Beasley, and Jarred Vanderbilt has worked but it hasn’t transformed the Lakers into a deep Playoff run type of squad.
Injuries
- Bulls: OUT: Lonzo Ball, Justine Lewis. QUESTIONABLE: Javonte Green, Alex Caruso;
- Lakers: OUT: Mo Bamba. QUESTIONABLE: LeBron James. PROBABLE: Anthony Davis, D’Angelo Russell.
Expert Betting Tips
The Bulls have played some decent ball lately but their chances for a deep Postseason run look slim considering their reputation. Virtually the same thing can be said for the Lakers which are blessed with much more talent but this has been another wasted season thus far. As for this game, this is a tough one to predict but I believe the Lakers will avenge their loss. I predict a scoreline of 119:115 in their favor.
