Baltimore Orioles vs. New York Yankees: An Exciting Friday Night Match Up

The Yankees are coming off two consecutive losses to the Toronto Blue Jays. In the first two series of the season, they failed to get their bats going, and they haven’t been able to generate enough offense to win these games. The Baltimore Orioles are coming off a three-game losing streak against the Milwaukee Brewers. On both sides of the field, they struggled. In their first series, they were unable to bat against the Tampa Bay Rays, while their pitching was weak versus the Brewers. The upcoming Friday night game would be a great matchup between the two.

For the upcoming game, the Orioles would be looking to come strong at the opposition and win on their home ground.

Even though they are averaging 1.45 home runs per game, they aren’t getting on base enough and leaning much too heavily on the big ball. I just don’t see them hitting two to three home runs a game, and I don’t think they’ll be able to keep up this pace. The Yankees have also been unaggressive once they reach the base paths. After winning against Blue Jays (3-0), the Yankees would be looking to continue playing with positivity and defeat Baltimore in the upcoming fixture.
