While Maccabi Tel Aviv is the favorite, it is tough to write them off, looking at their struggles and the fact they need a win to at least play in Europe after missing out on Champions League football. With the odds, FK Panevezys are written off here, but while we may experience the unbelievable, I am going to pick Maccabi Tel Aviv to win this game with three goals, just like the first leg.

Ajax vs Panathinaikos

Panathinaikos are expected to come into this game with a lot of improved play. Prior to the first-leg encounter between these two teams, the Panathinaikos won four games in a row, a commendable one indeed. However, Ajax looks very improved and more confident than the side we saw the previous year, especially defensively, as they have conceded just once in their last five matches. The two teams are doing a great job at the moment, and this might be up to luck, but with home turf advantage, coupled with European big-stage experience, the host team should win this game.
