Picking Favorites as Winners: Accumulator Tip for September 26

This Thursday’s accumulator will be from two African leagues and the Indian Super League. I will look into each game and make predictions. 

Lugazi vs Vipers

Lugazi have not convinced me this season, and as the underdogs in this game, it is difficult to expect any surprising play from them. On the other hand, despite starting their season poorly, the Vipers seem to understand their duty and pulled off a stunning play against Express, which I believe they can replicate here. With Lugazi failing to implement their play, especially with a poor offensive line, I believe the Vipers should be able to dominate this game and win the first half.

Chennaiyin vs Mohammedan

League experience should be a crucial decider in this fixture, looking at the two teams’ play. Also, Chennaiyin are at home in this game, which should give them leverage, thanks to the huge fan support they will receive. While Mohammedan were not good on the road the previous time against Suruchi Sangha, their run of games into this week’s fixture have been disappointing, too. The home team should be the team for the job in this game, and I am backing them to take maximum points in this first meeting.

Azam vs Simba

Azam are unbeaten this season, but this will be their biggest test. With a win in their last league encounter against Coastal Union, Azam are expected to have high momentum going into this game, especially since they will be at home. However, it is tough to downplay Simba's level of play, as they boast of experience in both league and CAF competitions. With a strong record into this game, Simba are ahead of Azam in this fixture despite being on the road. While the two teams could focus on defensive play, I still believe Simba will hand Azam their first season defeat.
