Burnley have leveraged their defensive sense in getting the needed points this season as they continue their fight for promotion. The Clarets secured a 2-1 win over Cardiff City in their last game and have remained unbeaten at home this season, keeping a clean sheet in each of their last six games at home. They are also unbeaten in their last nine games against Luton. On the other hand, Luton Town secured an unusual win against Portsmouth in their last game, with Jordan Clark’s 25th-minute goal being the difference. However, they were winless in 13 games in all competitions before the win. They remain winless in their last 15 games on the road, losing 14, and have managed one win in their 17 away games this season. So, it is an easy win for the hosts.

Liverpool vs Southampton
Liverpool have been exceptional in the title race, and it appears that they will be crowned this season’s champions by May if they continue with their super form. Despite not playing well in their last game in the Champions League, they still managed to get a 1-0 win over PSG. On the other hand, Southampton are most likely to be relegated this season with their poor run and playing against the league leaders will add more to their problem. So, while it is obvious that the hosts will win this clash, I will move to the goal market to exploit the defensive vulnerability of the visitors. The Saints have the worst defense in the league this season after conceding 65 goals. Interestingly, the last seven games between the two sides saw at least three goals.

Sunderland vs Cardiff
Sunderland secured a 2-1 win over Sheffield Wednesday in their last game, with Eliezer Mayenda’s brace being the difference in the game. The Black Cats are one of the best teams at home this season, remaining unbeaten in 16 of 17 Championship home games. On the other hand, Cardiff City lost their last match 2-1 to Burnley and have remained winless in five of their last six games and are without a win in their last five games on the road. Moreover, they have won only one of their 17 away league games this season, so I believe the hosts will get an easy win in this clash.
