Actions continue in Europe after the Easter season, with the continental ticket at stake in England, with Manchester City facing Aston Villa at the Etihad Stadium. Nantes will battle champions PSG in the Ligue 1, and title favourites Barcelona will host Mallorca in the La Liga.

While title contention is far gone for Manchester City, they need to salvage an awful season with a Champions League ticket. Thanks to Arsenal’s performance on the continent, the English Premier League will have at least five representatives in the next season's UEFA Champions League, which means the Cityzens have the chance to pick from the top five tickets. City remain unbeaten in their last six games after a series of setbacks that have marred their season. However, the fact remains that they are back on their feet, although they still have some of their star players out due to injury. Goalkeeper Ederson Moraes, Nathan Ake, Erling Haaland, and John Stones are still out due to injuries.
On the other hand, Aston Villa have been performing exceptionally well recently, and their performance in the Champions League, despite being eliminated by PSG, was impressive and deserves a lot of applause. The Villans have won their last six league games and 11 of their last 12 games in all competitions. Interestingly, while Man City have won their last 14 league home games against Villa, the Lions have won two of their previous three games against City. So, anything can actually happen in this game. However, all but one of the previous 14 league games between these two sides at this venue had at least three goals, and Aston Villa's last nine games in all competitions have seen this result. I expect to see a high number of goals in this match, with City regaining their composure and Villa firing on all cylinders in the fight for Champions League football.
Possible Starting Lineup
Manchester City — Stefan Ortega; Rico Lewis, Ruben Dias, Josko Gvardiol, Nico O'Reilly; Bernardo Silva, Nico González; Savinho, Ilkay Gündogan, Jérémy Doku; Omar Marmoush.
Aston Villa — Emiliano Martinez; Matty Cash, Ezri Konsa, Pau Francisco Torres, Lucas Digne; Boubacar Kamara, Amadou Onana; Morgan Rogers, Youri Tielemans, John McGinn; Marcus Rashford.

Nantes vs PSG
PSG will continue to enjoy the rest of the season, having already been crowned champions of the French Ligue 1, and they will channel more of their energy into the Champions League. Although the Parisians will give some players playing time by benching some starters, Ousmane Dembele is ruled out due to injury. On the other hand, Nantes are still in the fight for survival, as they are just three points off the relegation zone. They need to secure wins to remain in the top flight next season. With the likes of Moses Simon, who is very active on the wing, and Mostafa Mohamed providing attacking threats, I expect this side to keep fighting till the end. PSG will surely control the tempo of the game, scoring from all angles, but I expect the hosts to find the back of the net.
Possible Starting Lineup
Nantes — Anthony Lopes; Kelvin Amian, Jean-Charles Castelletto, Nathan Zeze; Sorba Thomas, Douglas Augusto, Louis Leroux, Nicolas Cozza, Matthis Abline, Moses Simon; Mostafa Mohamed
PSG — Matvey Safonov; Lucas Beraldo, Lucas Hernandez, Warren Zaire-Emery; Achraf Hakimi, Kang-In Lee, Desire Doue, Senny Mayulu; Ibrahim Mbaye, Goncalo Ramos, Bradley Barcola.

Barcelona vs Mallorca
Barcelona are gradually moving closer to winning the La Liga title, with four points clear at the top of the table. In their recent games, they have shown the credentials that truly deserve to be crowned champions of Spain. They came from 3-1 down to secure a 4-3 over Celta Vigo in their last match, and at the moment, I don’t see anything stopping them from winning again in this clash. They are unbeaten in 25 of their last 26 games in all competitions, and have not suffered a home loss this year. Barcelona's first-choice goalkeeper, Marc-Andre ter Stegen, Robert Lewandowski, and Alejandro Balde are still unavailable for this match, but that won't stop them from securing a win over a team they have defeated 13 times in their last 14 meetings.
Possible Starting Lineup
Barcelona — Wojciech Szczesny; Jules Kounde, Pau Cubarsí, Íñigo Martinez, Gerard Martin; Pedri, Frenkie De Jong, Fermín López; Lamine Yamal, Ferrán Torres, Raphinha.
Mallorca — Dominik Greif; Martin Valjent, Antonio Raíllo, José Manuel Arias Copete; Antonio Sánchez, Samú Costa, Omar Mascarell, Johan Mojica; Sergi Darder, Abdon Prats Bastidas; Cyle Larin.
