Lots of exciting games are lined up for Sunday across Europe, but my focus will be on league leaders, Liverpool’s game against West Ham, and Newcastle United's clash against Manchester United in the Premier League, and also the Alaves and Real Madrid game in the La Liga. Below are analyses of the games and acca odds.

Liverpool are one step away from winning the 2024/25 Premier League title, and they will be motivated after one of their talismans signed a contract last week. Nevertheless, they have won their last five league games at home and their last nine games against West Ham. They have played the London-based team twice this season, and the Reds won 5-1 in the Carabao Cup and 5-0 in the first leg of this encounter. So, no doubt, this game is going to be a productive one. Moreover, both sides scored at least three goals in the last six games. So, give me the league leaders to win and see the result of over 2.5 goals.

Alaves vs Real Madrid
Real Madrid saw a shocking defeat in their last game, losing 3-0 to Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium in London, with Declan Rice’s brilliant performance being the difference. However, the request of the Galaticos to move this game to Saturday, to enhance their preparation for the return leg against the Gunners, was earlier rejected by La Liga. So, Los Blancos might likely share the minutes with some of their youngsters (Endrick and Brahim) rather than forcing most of their star men on the pitch. Vini and Mbappe might be rested for the second half of the game, but they still have many players who can get them the needed goals to win. However, their performance on the road has been below expectations recently, and it is beginning to look as if they can’t go without conceding on the road. Real have seen the BTTS results in seven of their last eight games in the league. They have conceded nine goals in their last three games, and playing against an Alaves team that have scored four in their previous five games, I don’t think they can go with a clean sheet. So, while I believe the Galaticos will win to continue their title chase, I don’t see them keeping a clean sheet.

Newcastle United vs Manchester United
I can’t remember the last time Manchester United kept a clean sheet, with their performance in their last game against Lyon showing how their defense are currently in shambles. Goalkeeper Andre Onana is not helping the team either, as his awful show cost the team. However, Newcastle United are one of the great teams in the Premier League this season. They have won their last five games and four of their last five against the Red Devils. So, while I can’t back them to get a win over Reuben Amorim’s men because they have some of their best players back from injury, including Kobbie Mainoo and Luke Shaw, I expect both sides to score.
