Despite suffering a home defeat in the first leg of the quarter-final tie against Liverpool, PSG pulled off a second-leg stunner and eventually won the game on penalties. Aston Villa made it to the Quarterfinals after defeating Club Brugge by a 6-1 aggregate across both legs. Aston Villa will now face a tougher opponent in the knockout round of the competition and their strength will be tested. Aston Villa’s defense line will have a tough time against the fast legs of PSG’s attack and we envisage goals on both sides of the goalpost.

Al-Arabi vs Arkadag

Al-Arabi will take on Arkadag in the quarterfinals stages of the AFC Challenge league. Al-Arabi defeated Al-Seeb by a 3-2 aggregate to make it through to the quarterfinals. Arkadag also made it through to the Quarterfinals with a 3-1 aggregate scoreline against East Bengal. What we can expect from this encounter is goals and both teams finding the net as they are both big on goals as seen through the competition.
