I have been a member of Unibet for over 3 years but just started using the website more recently. Do not open an account with these crooks, they will try and steal your money. They restricted my account so I can't place any bets just because I am showing a profit. They ask for obscene amounts of ID before releasing funds, some of which many people don't have access to. They also repeatedly lie over the phone to tell you certain documents will be accepted and then they are not. Stay away.

Unibet are crooks. No body use the site for poker. There is virtually no online police for real so unibet can have the ability to use there own characters they create ESPECIALLY AT CASH GAMES. They slightly rig the cards too so that they win. Dont trust unibet.

Never had an issue with site and did really like it before more or being accused of lying by some no name in the customer service dept after an error/glitch on the site which wouldn't let me choose one of the current ascot bonus's, so I thought it's ok I'll just email and say what's happened and the c/s will apply the bonus. Personally one of my fave up and coming sites to use.
