(Even though the previous customer service agent said it wouldn't affect it.) They wasted multiple hours of my time refusing to answer questions or even resolve this issue in anyway. DO NOT DEPOSIT ANY MONEY! I deposited £10, then won £50. As soon as that win went into my account then suddenly my account was disabled or whatever they say! I’ve spent 3 weeks sending multiple documents just to prove who I am, they didn’t want to prove who I was when they took my money! They refuse documents for reasons that are absolutely ridiculous! I sent a bank statement in with dates etc and they told me there was no dat for the transaction hahahahhaha! The online chats are useless, they just say it’s down to the verification team who must be working 48hr shifts with no sleep if they can’t check a document properly! Just don’t waste your time!
