They tool the deposit in a second, won something requested a withdrawal a month ago and still waiting for it. Customer service not existent, sent the documents for identity verification but they don't review them. Disgusted

Signed up to this casino without any background information which was a huge mistake. Deposited easy enough, after winning jackpot of £14000 I went to withdraw and they needed to see docs which I sent over, waited a day for them to be verified and passed, £14000 came in. Had another bash, deposited a total of £3400 in different goes, won £12000. Withdrew that and I then had to go through the account verification again. This time they wanted proof of funds which my boyfriend had transferred me some money prior to my unibet deposit so they’re claiming it as 3rd party use.
