I am a loyal customer have staked thousands on the site. havent had one single offer nothing. Dont use happy to take but give nothing back. Also customer service very rude.

Wish I had read these reviews before being tempted in with there £50 casino offers +100 spins on starburst with £10 deposit. I agree with the bad reviews about the slots being rigged because I used all the £60 on one of the Irish slots and didn’t get a single bonus or free spin in £60 worth of 20p spins. I then received my spins on starburst a day later and only won a couple pound. Got rid of my account but I would advise against using this site as there are much better companies out there with slots that actually seem legit and not rigged.

Have locked my account today with £200 balance and refuse to give me it. I will be taking legal action and media action as I work in television and requesting chargebacks for every transaction ever made with them via my bank.

Do not use Unibet. They offer you free bets but when you win they don't pay out I contacted them 3 times to make sure I was doing everything correctly.. I won and they asked me to send ID which they didn't ask for when I opened the account. They then refused to pay out saying I was committing fraud? zi appealed to them and the gambling commission they came back with another excuse for not paying out. They have all my ID which is in breach of GDPR rules but they are ignoring this. Do not use them they will find a way not to pay you.

Criminals - do not go near this company. They accused me of fraud/cheating as the bets i placed won! They asked for all of my documents to verify my ID including driving license, bank statement, selfie holding ID and copies of the front + back of my bank card. When i provided these they then closed my account and kept my money! Absolute thieves. Customer service is nonexistent - i asked them what additional information they needed so i could prove i am not a cheat or fraudster and their response was nothing, your account is closed end of matter. I feel this is slanderous and a disgusting way to treat genuine customers just because I actually won the bets i placed. Please avoid unibet at all costs.

I used to love this website, they took thousands off me, but wen I tried to take my last £50 in winnings, they wanted a picture of every card I ever used in 5 years with them, impossible, I'm not even with same bank with some of them, I had to say to them just shut my account and if use have a heart heres my account number and sort code if I could at least have my small winnings, but nope, account certainly shut, no winnings ever received, how terrible eh, my username was geofisher87 just incase unibet decided to reply to an ex-very loyal customer cheers George
