Bordering on criminal! I have been an account holder with Tonybet for around 3yrs. I have used them sporadically during that time. On Saturday 5th December I placed a series of bets on 6 different horse races. Tonybet have now told me all losing bets have lost and all winning bets have been cancelled due to a technical error. They have returned some of the stakes of the winning bets. This, 2 and a it weeks before Christmas, has left me a considerable 4 figure sum out of pocket. In their wooly correspondence they have cited a term about live betting... despite all my bets being placed in excess of 15 minutes before each race. Unless you are prepared to lose your money and risk Tonybet cancelling your winning bets on a whim I would avoid with the proverbial barge pole. My mate Pin lost a load too.

Seized winnings upwards of £5k GBP, claiming technical errors - disgraceful, anyone in the same boat, contact Resolver and IBAS.

Placed a few bets last week, all the losers remained losers, but they felt like voiding all the winning bets, beautiful. Now I even have a negative balance with them. Do not use!

Not a safe company to bet with. Like many others on here, Tonybet randomly "voided" a few of my horse racing bets which were settled days earlier, without a legitimate reason to do so, and stole my winnings from my account. This incident is being escalated, but I strongly urge everyone to avoid Tonybet. Do not sign up with them. Do not bet with them. Withdraw all your funds and please go to a reputable bookmaker.

Horrible company. Stole my winnings and I have lost £14,000 right before Christmas. Apparently it was a technical glitch which is their fault and not mine so why should I lose money from their error. Absolute shambles of a company. Do not use them!

I like many others seem to have been a victim of what I can only describe as the theft of my winnings some 4 days after a bet was settled. Also like many others the explanation from them is a technical glich on their part. It's funny how that technical glich only seems to have affected my winning bets and not any of my losing ones. Absolute crooks

Thieves simple as that! After winning some bets they claim a system error, funny how they have only stated an error on the bets I won and not on any losing bets in between, my balance went from £500 to zero and a withdrawal of £2100 cancelled, not only this but because of their mistake my account has been closed and no explanation as to what I have done wrong! Oh that's because all I did was bet on horses that won and they dont like that.

wish I could give 0 stars! They have cancelled withdrawals, voided winning bets for no reason except that their t and c's allow them to do so.. But kept all my stakes and given me a negative balance. Don't risk your money with these crooks

would give 0 stars if i could. Placed a bet horse wins on the weekend. They asked for lots of KYC items and supplied all while waiting my withdraw. 4 days later, withdraw is cancelled, winnings from the race removed and stated error? no further explanation. So basically every time they have a big loser on the books they will pull this

Voided winning bets citing technical issues - nothing but thieves. They happily take money, then refuse to pay out. Their complaints process is a shambles, so I’ve raised it with IBAS
