Signed up to these guys to try something different, I always end up regretting going to the lesser known Gambling Sites though! The Withdrawal process is just a joke (as well as the site being poor in General. ) As soon as I got my money back I cut and run and closed my account down. I made 3 Withdrawals and after 3 days hadn't received anything so I contacted them to ask when to expect it - they then demanded I sent them several forms of ID before they would even contemplate agreeing to pay out, at no point during sign up did they say this was mandatory information. Only that they may potential ask you via email if they needed it (which they never did. ) They should be made to request and approve this information from you before a single penny is allowed to be deposited, asking for this information at the Withdrawal stage and refusing to pay out unless its provided just makes me feel uneasy and wary. Especially as they only informed me they wanted this information after I chased, surely as soon as I pressed withdraw they should send you several emails to confirm they need ID Proof before they pay out - I would have sent this immediately If I'd have known so it didn't delay my payment. I eventually got the exact information they needed after several attempts of it not being good enough for them and they paid out instantly to be fair to them.. that's the only reason for 2 stars rather than 1.. the experience with them just doesn't sit right with me. Seems very amateurish and not very safe. I will stick to the more well established sites in future.

The worst casino I have ever known Any positive review is fake be aware. They are completely corrupt, refuse to process withdrawals, have had to take it to IBAS and take legal action. I had my biggest win on the slots £5k Chaos Crew (recommend by the way) after several years of playing and was buzzing my **** off until it was time to try and get my money out. Read all these reviews and thought I was never gonna see my winnings. A few standard hoops the jump through, such as verifying docs and waiting 72 hours for each withdrawal £2500 max but I have my money after 5days. Might change my card details now as can never be to sure (see Gucci post on here) and they have my details but my experience has been good. I guess only people with bad experience write reviews on these sites so thought id balance it out for those out there panicking like I was 5days ago. After reading these reviews I was very nervous on getting my winnings there was a delay in payments should of been 48hrs but took a day longer on one payment and 2 days longer on another but they paid the 4.5k without any problems had to send documents but all was sorted within 3o mins, I have had loads of free bets issued, don’t panic people you do get your money maybe delayed due to staffing due to covid but now I have received my Money I am confident to play with this site. Took PayPal monies, have not refunded or added to account as were from a PayPal account in my wife's name but with my details and using my bank account. They requested personal ID, copies of bank cards both sides, ie the perfect combination of documents for fraud and as they are based in Estonia I refused. Asked for money back and to close account. They have closed account but not returned money and won't for 30 days after which the PayPal case will be closed. The customer service responses via PayPal are verging on rude - avoid at your own peril - why would any company want to see both sides of your bank card, and your PayPal wallet and a passport or driving license and what is there issue with returning the money other than to be bloody minded. Not recommended.

absolute joke a bookmaker. stay well clear and further! after jumping thru loops now sending off just about every document you can imagine I finally got verified.. but tonybets **** doesn't stop there! after been verified and told my money would be processed back to my PayPal, which should be immediate 3 days down the line and my payment hasn't been processed. live chat is a complete was of time too. there advisors must just put up with people complaing all day everyday. they will just tell you your funds will be withdrawn soon were sorry for the unexpected delay it happens in very rare cases. well just take a look at the reviews here. Your not a very rare case waiting for your money as it seems they do it to absolutely everyone. im now owed £2400 after depositing over £3000, there fast enough to take your money but wow the second you want paying your own money you have no chance. Having read the reviews, I feared the worst regarding receipt of my withdrawal. I agree that the website is not as easy as some to navigate. I had tried to make a withdrawal and read that it can take up to 72 hours. After not receiving my money, I went back to the website and although it’s not spelt out to you, you need to upload images of photo I/D, a utility bill for proof of address and an image from your PayPal account showing your email address. I ended up using the online messaging system to enquire about the status of my withdrawal and was advised that the image from my PayPal account did not show my email address. The lady was very helpul and even sent me an image of how to get the required info. Once I had done this, she immediately confirmed that they had everything they needed for verification. The withdrawal money was then transferred to my PayPal account the same day. As I said, not the easiest online gambling experience, but in my opinion, nowhere near as bad as being made out by some!
