I won a small fortune and when it came to withdraw these funds (bare in mind I have withdrew from this site many times) they are wanting to create unnecessary issues with my winnings. Disturbing Lack Of Transparency I have over several days requested from Grosvenor to confirm whether the ability of each player to win is dependant on other players losing. They refuse to answer the question instead pointing to ‘random number generator’. Just to be clear a random number generator has been used in fruit machines for over 50 years and they are all governed by a percentage payout which means your ability to win is 100% dependent on other players losing. Grosvenor casinos are refusing to answer this basic question which speaks volumes for the truth.
