Today I received an email from Paddy Power telling me my account had been closed. Absolutely no reason or explanation and totally impossible to speak to anyone now as they are no longer contactable by phone. I still had about £60’s worth of active bets with no mention of a refund etc.... Left high and dry with no idea what to do nest.... although I did call the Ireland number, but they said they couldn’t help.

Played Paddy power for years, however last week I was playing fishing frenzy power 4 slots, I got 4 orange scatters which is a bonus game exciting as it's usually 3 orange scatters, this got me 15 bonus spins on super games, I picked the middle fish. I got 3 spins so far I had £40 in the game then it froze. Wouldn't reload game, kept saying games error refresh or exit, everytime I did this nothing happened just kept bringing up the message. spoke to Trevor, Nadine, and god knows who else and they all told me it was my device which it was not as I tried from 3 diff devices and 4 diff browsers and cleared the cookies and cache. They then sent it too manager, took 1 week to get a reply I was then sent a screen shot of my previous game of which I played before this error occurred and told they coulnt find an error. I am discusted. I have all the screenshot and times and dates on my phone of the message and errors. This game now doesn't even exist when I try to load it. Not it this I am loosing out on Alot of money. Anyone else experiencing this issue

1000 spins and no bonus, im absolutely gobsmacked

After waiting for a personal record time of twenty one minutes on the telephone betting service and missing out on one race through the delay, I decided to ask the operator if he'd heard the one about the woman who conceived and gave birth whilst waiting for the phone to be answered at PP. The phone betting service is abysmal, to say the least, and these difficult virus ridden times are no excuse for a grossly understaffed system.

Paddy Power games are really shocking i love playing Ruby Walsh game but doesn't like to give you a BONUS happy to take your money, you could play on this game week after week and get nothing especially no bonus this site is the worst i have been on for playing games. Appalling Customer Service. I am missing a large withdrawal for 9 days and despite asking Paddy Power via their message service as they don't answer phones or email they cannot provide me with an ARN for my bank. It's discraeful carry on, a simple task they won't action. 14 times I have requested this ARN. Worst customer service I ever encountered.

So annoyed with the service I have received! For over a week I have been trying to sort an issue out regarding money that I withdrew but never came in to my account and all they keep saying is it’s been escalated! You was quick enough to take money but over 3 weeks now and I have got mine? Absolute joke your customer service needs sortin

The worst customer service ever! No number to call, automated replies that leave you nowhere. Ask for one of three options to verify you account, leave you waiting two days after you've sent photo ID and then, for no logical reason, ask for proof of address as well! No way to contact them efficiently to dispute their madness... I'm out!

Paddy Power if I could give theme zero stars I would their customer service is terrible practically none I waited 2 hours to chat with someone no reply it’s a joke don’t bother

If I cut be able to give 0 stars would be good! Really disappointed how bad slots are! Spend so huge amount on and all I see was same pictures over 100 time not a single Bonus just take take take! BE aware, safe your money!
