Won a bonus on Cluedo game £3 spins I was doing, the game decided not to load up my bonus and instead just give me a black screen. made error on my name upon joining them ( jurt instead of kurt ) spent weeks trying to sort it.. they had all the relevant proof but still seemed unable to change one letter? told them to close my account.. absolutely terrible communication ( mostly 'robots' ) no human intervention of understanding situations at all! Im afraid we will not be able to remove this exclusion from your account under any circumstances for your own safety. Me: because of gamstop? It was only a 6 month ban Chris: we have you down as a permanent ban. You will need to speak to gamstop to contact if thats not the case. Me: its no permanent ban and all my other accounts elsewhere have opened with no problems? Chris: as I have already said, you will need to contact gamstop and them to contact us about this In short I cant get back on site and to be honest when I spoken to like a child I have no plans on doing so. I thought that Paddy Power were supposed to be a separate company to Betfair? Staff insist that they are. Yet a) they have the same odds/markets and b) when my Betfair account was closed, my Paddy Power account was also closed. c) the customer service methods are exactly the same. I literally ONLY have ONE £10 open bet at Paddy Power and a small balance (can't remember but less than £10). That's basically nothing, very small. Less than £20 total. Yet my account is closed. Does it make any sense that they operate as separate companies? I don't buy that they're separate companies at all! It is purely only because I have much bigger amounts at Betfair exchange and had my account closed there for no valid reason (see my review history). So Betfair who weirdly and falsely claims that Paddy Power is a separate company (staff swore that to me), also closed my Paddy Power account! This isn't reasonable at all. It is false that Paddy Power and Betfair operate as separate companies. C'mon, stop lying to us.
