Made a bet on the grand national. Won it. £700. Used Apple Pay to deposit but they couldn't pay my winnings back via Apple Pay. Told me to deposit £5 with another card and then I could withdraw to that account. I did. It didn't work. Checked the app 10 mins later and they ha d closed my account. No telephone helpline only a chatbot. Chatted with the chat bot and they told and they told be they needed to remove Apple Pay so I could withdraw to the card. Still waiting for them to do something to help. Now £705 lost in transit. Ridiculous.

Unable to withdraw to debit card. Took 2 attempts via their chat facility for them to finally do a manual transfer taking upto 5 days!. I hope everything goes through. Also wonder if they are GDPR compliant as I would like them to delete ALL my details as I will never be using them again

Beware of this company! Signed up for a promotion deposit 10 get 10 free bet, but they denied my eligibility because I deposited the money using apple pay instead of card? This even though I pointed out that the first option offered after signing up is to deposit with apple pay! Complete rip off

Only to find out after speaking to Brendan on the chat help service that it's only accepted if you deposit with debit card - I was unable to find out how to generate a transaction code to connect my bank and used PayPal with minimal deposit requirement of £20. So I've just waisted £20 for absolutely no reason. Worst experience ever.

Don't bother I joined this morning and haven't even deposited any money yet and was kept waiting trying to solve problem with their chat room failed twice after an hour gave up but had to tell them to cancel my account as I couldn't find where to do that!
