Oh my god the customer care team is sooo bad and in need of major training. I won a small amount (under €100) and the next day my account was suspended and was asked to give all these documents which I provided. They came back and said something was wrong with proof of address but not to worry! A live agent could sort the issue there and then. I went on and provided another proof of address and then the agent said he couldnt help me and I'd have to wait an undetermined amount of time. What a waste of time. In Feb I made the decision to contact Gamstop so I could have a 6 month stop on my betting accounts. It was me being a bit lazy, instead of blocking myself from each one individually.
