Love the overall concept, but this app is a pain to use. Every time I open the app I need to login. Today I’ve logged in 5 times. Also the UI is slow to update when a button is pushed and often it looks crazy while changing screens. Pathetic for a company with as much money as FanDuel. I’m guessing they outsourced this. Supper sloppy for an app that prints money

It is easy to use, but is down often for maintenance.

Bottom line: Signed in, hit opt in button to nba promo, took me to the details of the promo, hit bet now in that promo, made wager as details said, and didn’t get paid.
Went on the chat line to discuss, stayed on hold for over 30 min, explained exactly what I did, and told sorry but not paying.
Horrible service!

Site is easy to navigate. In game bets available high percentage of the time. Clearly stated promotions. Buyouts a-plenty. Head and shoulders above competition.

Shuts down when verifying location constantly

If you wait until an hour before kick off on Sundays the app is useless. You cannot login or when you login it kicks you out. You place bets and it tells you your session has timed out and kicks you out. So basically if you’re looking to place bets when all the information is in you can’t because the app cannot handle the traffic.

Right before 1 o clock the app keeps freezing and saying location not verified. All before 12:50 everything is ok. As I’m putting in my last bets it’s starts freezing and won’t work. How convenient

Embarrassing for fanduel, so difficult to do anything on this app

This is only getting 2 stars because once the app is actually up and working, it’s great. Problem is, it’s CONSTANTLY freezing/crashing/not logging you in AND you can’t use it on WiFi or it won’t verify your location.

Website crashes WAY TOO MUCH. PATHETIC
