Can never log in. My funds never transfer over immediately. App is always quitting on me.

The app and site both have issues. The customer service is basically nonexistent. They hang up on you after a 10 minute hold time and the wait to live chat is well over 45 minutes. When you are trying to bet and can’t log in because of of the apps faulty software it’s frustrating. The fact that you can’t reach anyone puts it over the top. The other day it wouldn’t let me deposit and caused me to miss many bets. Needs lots of work. Constantly has issues on NFL Sundays.

Haven’t won yet this year but Fanduel is a good site! They need more cash outs though!

Great user interface

Very intuitive for iPhone... need the ability to view the app in landscape for iPad users, also needs to be able to be used in split screen while multi tasking in iPad OS.

Zero stars...This site would not honor a Loyalty Promotion from its sister site...A promo that was earned through spending my hard earned money placing small money bets on FanDuel, the sister site...I was promised that I would receive my sign-up bonus a day later but then was told my request would have to be reviewed first..I don’t get it...If u offer a loyal customer a perk, U don’t place that customers request in limbo...Offer it or not!!!

This app crashes nearly everytime I open it. It wouldn’t be so upsetting, besides the fact that you have to log in every time you open the app, and you have to wait 2 minutes for it to verify your location (which is already sketchy.) only for the app to crash. I live in southern Indiana, nearly 15 miles from the Kentucky border, and I get a location error nearly 33% of the time. It would be a great app if it actually remembered you on the device, and used your gps to confirm your location.

Your login system especially around game time Sunday is just awful have the time it simply won’t let you in at all .

The app regularly tells me to download the app to place a bet when I’m already logged into the app.
This has happened at least 3 times, and is usually for a period of several hours.
A chat with customer service on Christmas said I needed to uninstall and then reinstall the app for iPhones.
I just did this and am still getting the same error.
