Draftkings has taken excess money from my bank account on several occasions.

It was easy to deposit money and place bets. I’ve tried several times now to withdraw my money (not matching promo money) and there have been system errors each time. Try back later. Once I get my money, I’m deleting the app.

Had a problem with referring too many people and they locked my account. I contacted them did as they asked and the next day I was unlocked and back betting! Great site my favorite!

I was offered a free $20 with no deposit required from Facebook for signing up and I never received it. I contacted support and haven’t heard back from them. It’s been two days now and not even an acknowledgement that my message was received.

I was contacted by customer support after three days. At first they only offered me $10 so I let them know I wasn’t happy about them not honoring their agreement. They then gave me the $20 I was originally supposed to get and an additional $10 back. Satisfied customer

I’ve played blackjack on about a half dozen online sportsbooks and never seen the dealer so consistently hit 20s and 21s while the player cards are flooded with 14s and 15s. it is nearly unplayable.

This app is terrible if you happen to live near the state line. It constantly blocks your bets for location verification. This puts you at a huge disadvantage when betting live games. The DraftKings rep told me I should leave my house and drive down the street to place my live bets. Really?!?

Needs to be easier to use! Hard to find how to get bonuses

Two problems with this app: first, it will not recognize my address when I click it on the Google Maps link; second, the app crashes every time I try to verify my identity and fail. I will simply bet with someone else that knows how to make a functional app.

It’s great, if it is working. Crashes often. More times than not live in game betting functionality does not work. It says no live games. Thinking it’s time to try FanDuel.
*Update* every box that you have recommended has been checked with no resolution. My WiFi and Bluetooth are enabled with WiFi speeds exceeded 240mbps. Location services is on. I am running the most current version and have been. I have contacted your customer service and they cannot figure out. All they do I recommend the same steps you recommended.
