DraftKings user interface is horrendous compared to FanDuel, but I’m finding DK offers more lines than FD does. Quarters/halves in CBB, for example.
DraftKings betslip/wagering tabs are especially awful from a UX perspective

For fixtures on the go DK is my go-to because the app is much quicker to use. When it comes to lines Sugarhouse usually has both beat.

I’VE PLAYED DRAFTKINGS AND THET LITERALLY DID NOT PAY MY WINNINGS ON TWO OCCASIONS. I EMAILED THEM OVER AND OVER AND THEIR RESPONSE WAS ALWAYS. “WE ASSURED YOU WE HAVE DEPOSITED YOUR WINNINGS IN YOUR ACCOUNT.” ABSOLUTELY CRIMMINAL,!!

@DraftKings
SCAM or not. I’m thrown off... On sept 24 I put in a claim to withdrawal winnings and still haven’t received it. They keep telling me it’s an issue with PayPal. So then I offered to go to AC to cash at the cage and they said it was to late

As a WV resident, I can tell you first hand that the DK Sportsbook is awesome! They have a bunch of promotions, odds boosts, and if you refer someone they'll give you both 5 free bets worth $20 each.

"Title": Draftkings Android App -- Basically unusable
"Comment": The live betting is meh. Seems like it’s only mainstream sports. Golf, MLB, NHL, CFB, NFL, Tennis. No soccer or other international sports.

"Title": Glitchy Software steals from customers
"Comment": I tried out Draft Kings Casino on 4/21/19. I tried out their Texas Hold'em Table game software. I had just finished streaming the Houston Rockets game without any lag or freezing; my internet is very strong. I played a couple of hands at their Texas Hold'em table game and my money was stolen. The software was for their "live dealing" game, but it was malfunctioning. It kept getting disconnected and skipping my turns to act on the flop turn and river. The buttons you would use to act would disappear once I was reconnected so I was not able to act in the way I wanted to or would have in person. I would be disconnected and come back to see that my money was gone without the casino software having to showdown a hand. It would continue my wagers without me clicking on the next hands and the same process would incur until I ended up losing about 800$. Basically, their software autopiloted my betting and disconnected me so I couldn't act, then would take my money without showing down a hand. All of these malfunctions should cause the bets to be illegal, but DraftKings not only refuses to discuss the matter with me (i contacted them approximately 20 times asking for them to call me back and they kept saying they would, but just kept ignoring all of my requests and now I am being told the matter is closed and they wont discuss it.) They said they did an investigation, but I was not consulted, and no results of the investigation were released to me. This seems highly illegal and very unethical to be able to steal money from their customers with glitchy software, ignore 20+l customer requests to discuss the matter, not release any information to me on the investigation, and have no system of checks and balances on software that is stealing money from customers.
I am absolutely disgusted that an online casino has to stoop to theft to run a business and doesn't even have the nerve to speak to the customer on the phone about the matter. they literally just stole my money and refused to talk to me. The ultimate slap in the face to someone who had been using their product for years!

I feel like draftkings has these problems too. When live betting they both change so fast and take a while for bet to go through. I rarely ever get the line I wanted. Sometimes it changes so often and takes 10 seconds to go through then cancels due to line change that even if I’m okay with a line change I can’t get it to go through for a minute or two. I’m not sure how they solve that problem with losing themselves money. I’ve not had the same problem with cashout, I just feel like they offer cash outs inconsistently. Other than these problems I think fanduel is pretty good.

"Title": Beware of new DraftKings deposit system
"Comment": Just wanted to share a shady experience that just happened to me on DraftKings. I wanted to deposit an extra $20 to put in some more superbowl lineups. So I double click the deposit button on my desktop, and BOOM just like that DraftKings withdrew $250 from my bank and deposited it into the account. They never requested my CVV, took me to another page, or offered me a selection of what my deposit amount would be. Just double clicked "Deposit" to go to the deposit page, and BAM $250 withdrawn. I've never even deposited $250 before, so that's a ridiculous default option to have, and I am still confused how that transaction can go through without me entering a CVV or anything.
I am trying to work with DK to resolve it, but every time I submit a support ticket they say their website is down, so I will most likely have to go through my bank. Just wanted to give everyone a warning of this very un-intuitive and shady deposit system they've recently implemented.

DraftKings is great. I live in NJ and never use FD cuz the DK app rarely has issues. Their lines aren't always the best but not bad enough to use FD over them.
