There agents repeated lie to you. 1st agent says for sure will be updated within 2 hours. So I waited 3 hours and still nothing. 2nd agent says for sure will be updated with 1 hour, so this time I waited 9 hours to check. And still nothing. 3rd agent says for sure within 2-3 days it will be updated. This is a scam of a website. Do not use they will steal your money. I had to get in contact with the police.

I won a live bet fair and square with ample time remaining in the event. The bet was then voided and the original stake was returned to me instead of my winnings. After talking to the live chat agent they told me simply that the "Senior Trader has voided the bet" without good reason. I've used this company for years but I do not accept them being able to void bets for no reason. Definitely withdrawing remaining funds and moving to a different, more fair company.
