This has to be one of the worst betting companies I have used. Even though I’ve done exactly what their promotion says by spending £25 they still don’t give you 2 free bets. Even when I’ve been on the helpline the customer service is disgusting.

Spoke to 2 live chat people today to discuss why I wasn't paid out on a bet. First one was Christian who dropped out? 2nd one was Megan who said that she would get back to me within the hour after speaking to the sports traders, that was at 14:20 it's now 19:55 and I've still had no response.

Why so many bad reviews... is this a scam? They gave me a useless bonus that i did not want when depositing my first amount of money. Putting in 300 nok, i bet 300 nok. Then they split the bonus 50/50 for what i play. So had to contact customer service to remove the bonus. Why not let me choose when deposting if i want a scam bonus that i have to turn over 50 times? opened an account on Wednesday, first bet lost, given £30 free bet, free bet won, next day (Thursday) received an email telling me that I'd no longer be eligible for any more free bets or offers.

Won a 9 team parlay and have been waiting almost 3 days for them to pay me out “we need more time to settle the bets”. App is a comply joke. Casino on that app has 0% chance of winning. There is no number you can call if you have an issue instead you have to do a live chat. If you are considering downloading a betting app BETWAY should be the last choice. I have video proof of the parlay and the bet # and am more then willing to post it and expose BETWAY for scamming me out of a lot of money. Bet disappears after I win it and is no where to be found under settled bets.
