To anybody who is reading this, do not under any circumstances join or bet with betway. Its okay to deposit but to make a withdrawal takes weeks, they are the without doubt the most reprehensible bookmaker in the market. The owner is not known, shady is not the word for this bunch of gangsters and a major investigation by authorities and the media needs to be done and stripped of there license to operate.

My withdrawal of $165 was supposedly paid on the 2nd September 2022 but has not reflected in my bank account as I'm writing this on the 14th September 2022. I've contacted the Betway live chat and they asked for my bank statement. I sent the statement some 6 days ago and I am yet to get a response from betway on what the issue could be and when I will get my money. The live chat agents always claim that their team is looking into the matter but I see no progress. Betway is really frustrating. It's time to move to another more reliable betting company.

I wish I had listened to the reviews but staff told me it was just sore losers. I initially one withdrawal so I began to trust it was ok. I had some losses, I accepted that I had lost. Betway then advised me that I was due a refund as I had used my mum's card and PayPal to make the deposits. They stated that this was their policy and to await my refund. They asked me for proof that the account was not mine. I sent statements several times, each time they had a different excuse everytime. I have now closed my account, I do not expect that they will honour the refund. Before this I enjoyed the site.

Scum of a site, I wanted to take a break so I put myself on the exclusion for one year now they won’t let me have my account back, Absolutely shameful so don’t put yourself on a self exclusion. I have no problems at home or with money. Just go to other sites stay away customer service is horrible aswell.

Please don’t use this Betway site. When u try to withdraw they will ask for verification of documents. I have send the documents more than 10 times. And mailed more than 25 emails but also they won’t verify and won’t allow for withdrawal. Customer support is worst amoung all don’t deposit into this site

I would give 0 stars if I could. Stay away people! Terrible casino! I closed my account over a month ago, bad rtp. Anyways last week they took 550 dollars out of my bank account (5 separate charges). How is this possible? My account is not active. Messaged them had to send in a bunch of bank work… hmmm still haven’t got my money back that you theives takes.

This is an update of my previous review. I had been informed that my account would be reviewed by today, Sept. 5, 2022 and it has not been reviewed. My account is still locked even after my submitting all the documents requested from Betway. My contacting the live chat was useless, they have no idea what is going on. I am still owed my $200.00 deposit that I did not get to play because they conveniently locked my account after I made the deposit on August 21, 2022. I don't recommend this website at all. They, for one, don't keep their word, secondly, their customer service is useless. Overall, they are not a trustworthy outfit and I now regret spending my time and money on their online casino.
