Won an 8-fold both teams to score last night. They have retained my winnings and won’t pay out! Said I have another account with them. I have never used Betfair before in my life, I set everything up yesterday and there seemed to be no problems until I withdrew my £120. Logged me out and tried to log back in and they had closed my account down. When I spoke to them they had told me they will be retaining my winnings and my account is closed and there is no where further to go, end of basically. Do not use!

Still fairly new to your site but everything is going great. The site is easy to use and i can navigate around it easily. Placing bets is no problem. In fact, i cannot think of anything major that niggles me. My only minor niggle is when i have the site in a window and am in the bet-slip - the screen scrolls to the left every now and then (probably because something has changed) and i lose sight of the bet-slip. This is even more annoying when i am doing an in-play bet as prices change quickly.

There stealing from customers. Had a small win and withdrew amount then had another win and had to verify who i was. Happy to take money as still able to make deposits but not happy to pay out. Asked for proof of cards that i no longer have as my new card is a replacement for an old one. Wasn't told that there was an issue unable to get through on the phone days lines will be working from the 1st of August it's now the 2nd of november. Took me three days to get through on live chat.

They withheld my winnings saying my PayPal was a business account and they locked me out of my account
