This company closed my account because I was not meeting 'responsible gaming requirements' they claim they use to prevent 'problem gambling'. Sure, I've stepped up my gambling this week, but that was due to the darts tournament. I'm not exactly loaded, but I do have an household income of well over £67k a year, so I don't think betting £90 is the end of the word, nor implies I have a gambling problem. It appears this site upsets quite many people in one way or another. I tried to contact them but they no longer respond to emails and you have to use a FAQ section which is useless. As a note, the odds on darts were great which is why I used the site. I suppose I'll use another company. One that actually has an email or chat function. Signed up for the "welcome" offer. Placed about 6 small bets to test the waters, (I don't know alot about sports so stuck to £5 or £10 at a time). Saw an offer where they had boosted the odds so decided to take a leap of faith. Deposited £20, which they accepted, Tried to place the bet and was told my account was restricted to 50p bets. No email, no notification, I had to go on live chat to find out. I re-read their Ts&Cs, apparently they reserve the right to ban/restrict you if you like "low risk betting". So far i have had an enjoyable experience with the site. Loyalty scheme is appealing as its given back in cash. Casino offers are a bit vague as im not too sure how their wagering process works doesnt seem to track the amounts used doing an offer. Betting Odds in comparison to other sites are not the best value but the various offers given compensate for this. Early days for me with this site also withdrawals are a bit slow.

This Company is a complete Joke Please stay away! Verification is UN passable! After sending in all the documents required as they demand proof of address sent via POST this cant be to hard surly well your wrong after sending in countless bank statements sent to me via post they reject them and tell you that is not a statement received via post i even sent them a picture of envelope. The customer service dont care and dont want to help they verified all my other documents but my proof of address i have even sent in my drivers licence but they are demanding bank statements as proof of address witch they have but are rejecting as they dont believe it was posted to me. When you ask to take the mater higher nothing happens they simply reply with the same old rubbish you accepted the terms and conditions and we require the documents requested. I have almost 5k ££ of winnings sitting in the account and i only deposited £200 i was so happy to have a good win for once but it looks like i will need to wright it off as a loss and move on they are no help at all.
