I worked my way up from 25 pounds all the way up to 135 a few years back, and I had to go through so many hoops to take out money because I was in Canada. Including Passport proof which I scanned and sent and bank account info ie. I gave them everything they asked I only had until a certain time to do it, and guess what I never recieved my money, do not trust this company EVER. THEY ARE SCAMMERS, they know that the average person will just let it go, they wont pay out, unless it's a huge number probably.

These people are nothing but thieves, On the 21st December 2020, I deposited £25 into my account without a problem. On the 29th December 2020 I deposited a further £50, this time when I tried to place a bet, a message said This account is closed, contact customer service for further information. There’s no phone number for them that I can find, and eventually got through to someone on live chat. After explaining the situation to her, the operator said “Your account has been closed due to a business decision, along with your Paddy Power one, there’s nothing further I can do. Paddy Power also closed my account on the same day I received and activated the cash card I received that day. She said she would email their payments team, and when they had reviewed everything, I would get my deposit back. I checked the transaction in my online banking, which has £50 pending, 1 hour later this changed to Betfair Australia? I didn’t have an Australian account, why would I being in the UK. I still haven’t got my money back, today I’m raising a dispute with NatWest for fraud against them.

I was making regular deposits and playing daily promotions prize pin ball then all of a sudden my account is restricted! Took over two weeks to hear from an advisor and when I did connect they offered no explanation whatsoever, so now I have withdrawn my busines... Excellent company! I backed biden to win the us election after voting day and after the GOP themselves anounced biden as the winner! Betfair paid out exactly as per their rules, hence free money! How can some people be so stupid! Theyve paid my mortgage for the next six months!

Don´t use this company they didn´t accept my passport as identification. The passport was totally good and after that they blocked me from sending any messages.

Absolutely disgusting company/app they get you to download the app by offering you a deal of bet £10 and get £50 free accas bets and then when you download the app they make out you didn't click on that link and you actually activated a promo of 1 risk free bet and a £5 free spins and then when you message them about it via there app chat they try to make you out to be a liar even though you know you clicked on the link (learn more) on the pucture on fb of the £50 free bets Terrible app/company and terrible customer service avoid at all costs

Pathetic business involved in fraud. Obviously the owners comrades bet on Biden. Paying out a wager that has not been settled will hopefully allow class action to have betfair ALSO payout the winners when Trump is re-elected. I didnt sign up to bet on Trump being next President but being out foxed by the wording regardless of who the next president will be. Betfair made assurances after the election that they would not rule until any court action had decided who the winner was. Clearly there is still court action going on.

Do not use betfair under any circumstances. This is a complete waste of money, they lie and squirm about paying out. They say the docs I sent too them were fine then changed there minds, without telling me. Spoken to now 5 different advisers and nothing resolved. They owe me £65. Still my account is suspended. This company in my opinion should be called betunfair not betfair.
