So so bad. If you need to contact them on live chat they normally send a first message saying they'll be with you in 15 - 20 minutes! I assume they have millions of chats open at the same time and just moving between them. Once they do chat, they are garbage. They refuse to answer simple questions!

I've been a long term customer of Betfair's. Suddenly, on logging in today, I was advised I'd had my account closed. They say it's because I "self excluded" from a Paddy Power account 7 years ago. Lies. I closed that account due to Paddy Power's immoral advertising practices. I'm not even a problem gambler. I've had one bet this year and that was a NR! Flutter Entertainment as a whole are a disgusting bunch. Good riddance to Betfair. Sadly Paddy Power and Skybet are also part of Flutter.

Never ever had a betfair account "Never", on signing up i go through the process i get a message sorry we cant offer you an account, well if you don't want my money then up yours

Doesn't surprise me they don't reply on here They don't reply either when you contact them via website I've lost count the number of times they lied to me about calling me back and a manager getting in touch which never happens Starting going downhill when pp got involved and now it's terminal The live video has been faulty for 10 years yet they still claim its my error This is what happens when you have an exchange monopoly. They don't have to care anymore because nowhere else for people to go. The other exchanges have zero liquidity

I have used Betfair Exchange for about 15 years or so and never had a problem, until recently. Had an offer of free bet for £5 on one of their races, Fighting Fifth Hurdle on 28 November, which lost but the stake was debited from my balance. Tried contacting their chat but kept getting the same message that no one was available, probably a lot of problems with their system at that time. Only £5 so didn't bother as busy in December and continued to use my account. Tried around the end of January and finally got someone on chat. Absolutely disgusting response from them: ' It's long gone' and just did not want to deal with it at all even after I went to the trouble to give them the bet record number. I have deleted them as a sender from my email list as the horse I backed was an outsider which I only backed because it was supposed to be 'FREE'. It would appear to me that Betfair has become so big that their customer service has not kept pace with the rest of their operation.

I would rate this company less than Zero if it was available. Out of the blue they suspended my account & would not provide any cause or reason. No transparency & it would also appear no accountability. I have several adjectives I could use but out of respect for myself I will refrain.

The betfair exchange is still by far the best there is. No betting exchange comes close when it comes to ease of use and volume of money. In fact no betting site comes close for ease of use. They're not perfect though I don't think enough is done to protect punters from making palpable errors.

Very slow withdraw its been 3 days and my withdrawal is still pending avoid this company if you want your money in your bank faster
