I opened an account with an offer of £60 in free bets when you stake £10. I did. My £10 stake won and I got my free bets. Used £4 and had a winner. 2 days later my account was suspended the reason being I had to verify who I was. They wanted a bank statement utility bill picture of passport and bank card. It's easier getting into Thailand! I send a picture of my passport and get a message that the account had been verified and all is well, it wasn't. So I go onto a chat online to try and sort it out. They said they needed the passport picture again plus all the other things mentioned. I ask why and they say it's to verify who I am. I've got 5 other betting account's and none of them ask for personal information like this. In my eyes they had no intention of giving £60 in free bets they just want you to sign up. I said I wanted to close the account they said they would give me my £10 back but not my winnings! We shall see? Do not trust this betting account there are plenty of good ones out there and this isn't one

unbet fair are happy to take your money but having a couple wins my account was suspended. its imposible to contact them even on there premium rate phone line the crooks have my money how they are alowed to get away with this beggers belief. i want my money. Yes my money not yours bet very unfair!

One star given because no stars not an option. Betfair are holding my money, and won’t let me us it to bet. Their advertised phone number no longer exists, I cannot reach them and the helpline says log in to resolve the problem. I cannot log in. They continue to hold my funds against my wishes. This is basically theft! Avoid!

Simple request for a statement was totally ignored for over 2 weeks where they said sorry we have done nothing in this time? useless customer services jsut repating the samething and offering nothing dont sign up with them!
