After years online here, closed account, on doing so it bans you from three other sites... paddypower, pokerstars and skybet.... two of these sites I closed ages ago so why were they still taking my money?

My account got closed down for no reason. I won £8 and decided to withdraw it as a gift card for the first time. I never received it and a minute later I get an email saying my account had been closed due to "business grounds"? I contact customer service, assuming it was a mistake. They told me it's not up for revision and they won't even tell me what exactly caused them to close it. I wasn't even given my money or the gift card. Scam much?

The first thing you need to consider when playing the Betfair/Paddy Power Casino is can I afford to lose all the money I've got in one session and I mean hundreds or even thousands of pounds when there is no protection in place once this happens. Experienced bettors will know that these two fraudsters merged in 2016 with Paddy Power holding the majority stake 52% to 48% that means they call the shots and they run both their own Casino and the Betfair Casino including the Sportsbook. Paddy Power are the most corrupt bookmakers in the world(the police wanted to charge them years ago but were told not to by the Home Office)so they now believe they are untouchable they do not care at all about their customers they treat their customers with utter contempt closing accounts for no reason due to what they call Business Decisions and now that they part own Betfair the same is happening with Betfair who many years ago used to be the best Sports Betting Exchange in the world until they partnered up with Paddy Power. As someone who has put a considerable amount through the Betfair Casino owned and run by Paddy Power as is the Sportsbook my advice is DO NOT under any circumstances play here or any Casino run by a betting firm as they are all corrupt they are all 100% fixed its not even a close call its so blatant you also need to understand that The Gambling Commission won't help either because they have vested interests in huge revenues received through betting and gaming. These fraudulent bookmakers are total hypocrites they have the audacity to advertise their corrupt Casino's all over tv I'm talking about ads every few seconds while telling everyone to gamble responsibly be gamble aware and set limits while their only intention is to rob you blind and the fact they are allowed to advertise like this with wall to wall coverage is a disgrace they should be banned from advertising on tv and shut down for good so they can't fleece genuine people out of their hard earned money. Please read my reviews on Trustpilot as I have posted many reviews on here about Betfair and Paddy Power as have many others and tried to warn people not to play in their corrupt Casino's because in my view every single online Casino linked to a Bookmaker is without doubt fraudulant RTP means nothing to them whatsoever no matter what it claims to be its not true. My only advice is if you do play then record all of your game time and take it to a reputable solicitor who deals with gaming complaints because taking your concerns to the Gambling Commission is pointless they won't do a thing as millions of people have complained to them and haven't got anywhere. What is happening across all bookmakers with Casino's is blatant fraud and corruption pure and simple and they are getting away with it I'm trying to expose them as are many others but until we do please be extremely careful when you play in any Casino linked to a bookmaker if you do want to play find a reputable online Casino that is solely a Casino not a betting firm as you are more likely to win there and be treated with respect which Betfair Paddy Power and other bookmakers definately don't do.

Use any other betting company, and it will be better than Betfair. Constant games suspended for no reason which means you can’t cash out (when all teams are currently winning)One game winning 5-0 and suspended since 20th min for the rest of the game. Literally cheated me out of winnings on the exchange. I stuck £30 I had left in my account on Midtjylland vs AEK Larnaca when it was 0-0 at odds of like 2.38. Larnaca then went ahead, so I deposited and threw something of a hissy fit and stuck £70 on Midtjylland at 28.0 chasing my initial loss. Stupidity aside, this happened, I can afford to lose both £30 or £100 at the best of times so having had a crappy day before this, didn't care in the slightest over a £30 or £100 loss. Anyway, I use Bet365 to watch games as their website is much better for this than Betfair, 365 were offering around 20.0 at the time I matched at 28.0, matching at odds of 28 when "normal bookies" like 365 are at 20.0 is pretty standard. £70 on 28.0 was accepted, 2-3 minutes later Midtjylland equalise. I take £250 back at around 4.0, meaning if Midtjylland go on to win I'm around £1100 up, if they draw or lose, I'm up £150. Midtjylland get a corner, betting is suspended. I actually get my hopes up I'm winning over a grand with betting being suspended while "my team" are taking a corner. 365 doesn't suspend, nothing particularly out of the ordinary really. Boom, 5 minutes later, the bets post 1-0 that give me profits between £150 and £1100 are VOIDED. NO Good reason. No suspect VAR events in the game, it's a CL qualifier so not a "massive" game, but also not some 5th tier Icelandic match where anything suspect could actually have taken place. 365 odds reflected the Betfair exchange ones more than fairly. Worth adding I could still have cashed out for over £300 when this took place. Worth adding that 35 minutes later these bets still hadn't settled, something clearly went wrong on their side. If you can't trust a Bookie to honour their bets, especially on an EXCHANGE where the odds are against other users and bots, they're beyond worthless.

Terrible site, promotions are a scam and so much small print that I closed my account after a week. Very very poor service

I’ve used Betfair for nearly 10 years and I trust them. Do not accept ANYTHING that automatically entails wager requirements. ALSO, before you play, call them to make sure there’s nothing THEY need that might stop your winnings being sent to you. Apart from that, good luck and don’t cry if you lose. Learn perfect strategy blackjack for your best chance.

this company should be investigated by the government. every government of every country in which this game site is allowed to trade. the founders Andrew Black and Edward Wray should be taken to court and forced to pay back all the money they have stolen from their customers then given a life sentence, prison should be one in a country where there is no such thing as human rites. this would be Justice at last after the way they mugged their customers with any luck then god could just smite them dead.

Received notification of free bet on 4th of July noting valid for 5days. Tried to place bet on 5th of July to find bet had expired on 3rd of July. Thanks very much for that. I think that I will be closing my account.
