Betfair is a correct and perfect gambling site. I only use Live casino. Faster Withdrawal and deposit. Multiple bank cards can be added. Visa, Mastercard. Withdrawal maybe only credit card. Customer service so amazing faster. I did not regret choosing Betfair.

Awful customer service. Rude and arrogant. Firstly run by paddy power similar experience. They first tried to cheat me out of a win last year where I had to send evidence a player had a shot on target. Similar this year although guess what they asked me to email their escalations team. On a defunct email address so wasn’t going to get a reply, truly awful lying company. Do not use.

On 26th May 2022 I contacted Betfair through their messaging service regarding an uncashed cheque for £9000.00 and sent them a copy. I asked them to make a payment to my bank account. I then proceeded over the next seven weeks to send message after message through their messaging service requesting payment to no avail. I then received an email from Marina in the payments customer service team on 18th July offering sincere apologies for the delay and time consumed in this matter. As she requested I forwarded my bank details on the return email as advised. (Although Betfair have these details registered on my account). After a few days I had not received payment and sent a further five emails without success. I then resorted to the messaging service again detailing what had transpired sending numerous messages over the last four weeks and despite being told that payment was being made I still have not received the funds. You cannot contact Betfair by telephone or email as you could in the past. Only this appalling messaging service. I have kept copies of my thread on the messaging service which if the papers or a journalist got hold of would have a field day. I have grave concerns that Betfair may have financial problems hence this appalling sisuation.

Seriously nothing to be won here.. slots are an absolute joke! Win the lowest possible amount and no chance of progression whatsoever, unfortunately it seems like this is the way forward for most if not all casinos lately, I remember winning often over a year ago but now nothing at all despite sticking to the same games.. very sad indeed.

Due to my email address becoming dead, I filed a new email with Betfair, this promptly resulted in my account being suspended with funnily enough my winnings now out of reach. I have found BF to be largely uncontactable and thus no help in resolving the situation, which is of their making. Betfair please respond to your customers and assist with the shambles that you offer as customer service.

Well well! Why does it not surprise me that Betfair ratings are so s.. t It seems they do what they want with your money and pay out when they feel like it. They said I shouldn’t use Barclays or Apple Pay. 2 of the biggest companies on the planet! Stay clear x

where do i start..... they used to be really good and i was with them for a very long timebut god help you if you have to contact customer services or dare complain about anythingyou will get brushed aside and you may as well talk to a brick wall with a copy and paste reply themeyou are treated like a child by someone who hasnt a clue what they are doingAVOID unless you like to be treated like dog pooh

Customer service is beyond terrible. They are rude, sarcastic, refuse to register complaints, hang up on you with impunity as they know that the next agent (or manager in my case) will simply refuse to raise a complaint. The root cause of the complaint was their cancellation of a withdrawal with no explanation. Spent 2 and a half hours, two agents hung up, then manager told me they had no process to complain about staff, which is obviously why the staff feel like they can abuse customers with impunity. He offered me a fiver free bet to resolve the issue. Was so frustrated I wrote to the Managing Director. Was told a member of leadership team would be in touch. A week later, they haven't bothered. Someone from customer service got in touch to contradict everything I was previously told. Total shambles, industry worst customer service.

Totally gone to the dogs. Used to be top class but now abysmal. Pray that you never need customer service as they are woeful. I've lost count the number of times I've told them live feed isn't working. They simply don't care. As soon as they acquired the sportsbook they went downhill
