After deposit of money they cancelled my account and bad customer experience. Even the support was in hurry to close chat as soon as I asked for my deposited money back. Very bad user experience.

Bet365 have to this day one of the widest variety of inplay betting markets and cover a wide range of different sports. What is frustrating for me is their cash-out policy which often seems unavailable

I went to deposit and found I was locked out, Bet365 customer services accused me of having 2 email addresses, implying something fraudulent was taking place. Disgusting company!

Never had a single issue with this company, or maybe just 1 when I was locked out of my account and to be honest it was resolved quickly. any wins allways paid into account.
