Opened an account (have used Coral before, no issue and only bet around once a year on Grand National etc). Account opened via app and I placed a bet £20 for England/Germany Ladies Euros final. Bet accepted. less than 1 day later, email as per many others on this site 'Due to the nature of your business, a decision has been made to close your account with immediate effect' No explanation, even when emailing them, I have never ever used them before so can not possibly be some historical reason. Utterly unacceptable! Avoid like the plague they are clearly totally unethical!

I self excluded for 5 years and decided to reopen my account but they have said that because I didn't press the reopen option 5 years ago they have permanently excluded me.
