I used to bet with Bet365 every day on a variety of sports. They had good bonuses and BOG, etc. But after a sustained profitable run, I found my maximum stake was reduced to a pound or two, even on major events like the Grand National. The maximum I seemed to be allowed to win was ten pounds. My account is essentially useless now.

After seeing the negative remarks appx 87% not willing to register at this site. Mainly I was trying to bet on horse racing, but the negative remarks stopped me to enroll at Bet 365. If the management do not wish to respond towards their present customers honestly then I think no time left for Bet365 to shut down...

Out of nowhere I was restricted and informed that my account was closed due to a trading decision and I'm banned for life. A customer for over 3 years, gambled the same Irish daily millions numbers every Friday with a little bit of innocent sports betting and I'm gone with little to no explanation. I'm guilty for just not losing too much money. Staked around £1800 a year and returned £1500 approx. My only other sin is probably withdrawing and depositing too frequently. Either way it's their prerogative and I have no say in the matter but customer services treated me like I was a criminal and I have been left with a bad taste in my mouth.

Actively ripping off customers. Avoid like the plague. If you lose your betting ability is extended, if you win your restricted. Only allowed to play here if you lose, not a fair game at all.
