A simple site offering all the markets. Some great settlement offers, like the pay out if your team goes 2 up. Weekly free bets. All the sports. Best odds guaranteed with no restrictions on when the bets are placed (excluding antepost). Would be nice to have a daily feature like most others seem to.

They are a shocking betting company. Ban people on signing up, cant get through to their live chat, send same messages about asking for bank info to wire winnings instead of interac, even when you send tyhem info you have to resend. Live chat says your 1 in the queue but takes more than 1hr to respond. Its aweful something needs to be done. September 06, 2022

1/2 thru a session i was to make a (winning as it happened) bet and suddenly was told there were restrictions on my account. I complained and they actually told me quote: "There is is nothing on your account that would stop a market being offered on a game or sport. "I asked them to elevate/investigate my complaint and was then told the account had been reviewed and indeed they now were going to apply restrictions to your account. I asked to explain this inconstency - no reply. I have been with them for several years. Obviously Im outa here but I would have liked to have at least make them accountable. In the end it seems they just dont care and seemingly not bothered by all these heaps of 1 stars. August 13, 2022

No loyalty what so ever! Been with Bet365 for well over a year or more now and all this site do is take your money! Never win RTP must be at 0.5%. It's also my birthday and i asked for a Birthday bonus they basically told me that they don't offer that and accounts are always reviewed what a load of pony!... Wish I could give these jokers 0 stars, I lost 1 grand on their black jack idm atleast I learnt it was rigged, I stopped and chased through football and got my money back and decided to try a big stake one more time on bj plus the bonus hands luckily I won’t it all sadly bet365 decided to crash the game. Once in football, once snooker, they accepted bets, then adjusted the odds on payout. These were NOT obvious errors, but I couldn't be bothered with IBAS. They then just suspended my account because I'm not sending through bank statements, bizarrely whilst I had a season bet on, which was settled (fine) months afterwards. Partner has an account. Cashed out when the odds they gave meant he won 20 quid. Email later to say that their odds were wrong and have taken back the 20 quid and replaced it with 87p. Given all the profits they make and given it was their mistake, they should have allowed/honored the cash out at that amount. I'm sure if he made a mistake, they wouldn't allow him to pull back the cash. Account now in the process of being closed down.... Very poor customer service IMO.
