Hello, Unfortunately bet365 stopped operating in Portugal some years ago due to the process of legalization of Online gambling in Portugal. Portugal rules and conditions got Bet365 and Betfair away from here, which for us, as clients was not a good thing. Anyways, the template, the colours, the markets offers, bet365 is simply the best of the best and it brings us good memories.

As far as UK betting companies go, Bet365 are up there as one of the top companies. Sadly, the competitors set a really low bar so this isn't as high praise as you would think. Now to be clear, B365 do have the widest range of events and markets on those events available today. They have fast withdrawals and do allow a reasonable level of stakes. Yes, they restrict winning customers but show me one UK betting company that doesn't. I marked them down because their website is riddled with bugs and errors. When you first visit the site, it looks slick, pages open quickly, it is relatively easy to navigate, and it is good to track open bets. The negatives. Well, they offer a wide range of streaming events, however I'd easily say that at least 25% of the time these do not work. You are greeted with a 'unable to stream S105 contact support' error. Then, a lot of the time when it does work, it is locked in at 144p and not even worth watching. And finally, a lot of the time the stream cannot be put in full screen mode, so you are trying to follow a stream on a postage stamp. Other issues exist. When on mobile (specifically mobile data/4G) the site will randomly stop loading. You get a spinning wheel in the middle of the screen and the site just never loads. Refreshing the page does nothing, as does clearing cache and data from the browser. Only 'fix' I have come across is leaving it for a few hours. I'm convinced that they have IP banned one of my mobile providers IP addresses (normally networks use a small list of IPs, around 20-50) for their entire mobile network and one is assigned randomly from this list when you connect to the internet. Another issue is that you could be going through a list of games, and all of a sudden the page will go blank, then clicking on ANY sport just says "Sorry there are no events in this category". Easy fix by simply refreshing the page but not a good look for the company. Final issue I'll note in this list (and believe me I have more) you could be building an accumulator bet. Say you've added a lot of teams to a slip, and the site will randomly log you out, and all the time you've spent building this bet slip is lost as the bet slip is now deleted! As a bookmaker they are good (not great, just good), but their website is broken in so many places so I couldn't wholeheartedly recommend them at this time. November 14, 2022
