Placed a bet as part of their introductory offer, won a small amount. Placed a bet using the free bet as part of the offer then received an email "due to the nature of your business we are closing your account". This is clearly a scam intended to retain only losing/problem gamblers. The Gambling Commission need to take a look at this company. If I win on the free bet, I don't rate my chances of actually receiving a payout. This company should be investigated. January 07, 2023

I am severely sight impaired and rely on online betting for a bit of fun. Ive been on bet365 for about 10 years and never bet more than £10. Then over christmas i had a bity of luck and won about £300 so they then restricted my account to under £2 and removed any offers and promotions. Very nice, easy bet and quick payment methods

Took my money and closed account, asking me to go for police complaint- but for 11 pounds I do not have time. Absolutely disgusting service - would not recommend.
