I used bet 365 for 1 hour and have spent 3 days trying to sort out my problem, I have talked with the robot and about 6 members of staff, and waited a day for a call which was missed so need to go through there rubbish again, why have people there if they don't do anything and why do u need to be passed around so much, I am still waiting for money and still can't play, I have used gambling sites for last 4/5 years and have never had this bad a problem with any and any problems I've had took minutes to sort, 365 you should be ashamed, quick to take but not quick to fix, train your staff and hire more u make enough profit. And make it possible to be done online, I want what I am owed and u owe me for 3 days of trying to fix, I have to give 1 star but really u shouldn't get that, Ur policys need looking at and u need to make it more user friendly. I have also spoken to your team and they have blocked my £4 because of gambling concerns, I've deposited £10 and played 1 hour, and am now being asked if I can afford it and they want to know my in/ongoings, this company has caused alarm and de-stress because of £10 and an hour of use. On November 28th, 2022, I signed up and deposited $3560 with a Bet365, and I happened to win on Sweet Bonanza. With my account balance now at $15,001.00, I decided to make a withdrawal for the full amount. The next day, however, I found my account locked out. I contacted the customer service chat, where they told me that I needed to verify my identity before I could access my account. I provided them with a copy of my driver's license, passport, bank statement, pictures of the card I used to deposit, and even a letter from my bank confirming that it was me. I waited for an email but nothing came. I contacted their support team again, who told me that they were missing something. I resubmitted all the documents, and after a couple of days, I heard back from the customer service chat again. This time, a representative named Phoebe H told me that a wire had been made and that I should expect it in 10 days. Ten days later, I still had not received the wire. I contacted their support team again, and this time they told me that my account had been permanently banned for no apparent reason. To this day, I still have not received my $15,000.00 and it has been 44 days since I initially made my withdrawal and still no idea what I did wrong. November 28, 2022

Thats the email i sent to bet365: After my long research of online betting platforms, I concluded to bet365, which I sincerely regret immensely. My account was created on Saturday 7.1.2023. I have proceeded with the creation of my online account which includes giving your company all my real sensitive information, connecting my bank cards and so on. Afterwards I proceeded with the verification process, step 1 and 2. In step 1 I uploaded my ID card which was successfully verified, in step 2 my phone bill which was successfully received and was still pending in the process as of yesterday. Today Monday 9.1.2023 I'm unable to log into my account with a message telling me that these credentials don't exist on your platform. I contacted your live chat, with the representative being unable to answer to any of my questions except for informing me that "my account has been closed following negative verification". So here are my questions again to whoever reads this. First of all, you are utterly unprofessional, it's beyond any imagination. I have never seen a company act like that to newcomers let alone clients.1. How come you can afford to treat your clients like that?2. Why you closing accounts without any notice? I didn't receive anything letting me know about it.3. What was negative about my verification? What does that even mean?4. Who is handling the verification process as your representative couldn't answer that as well, a monkey?5. Why am I even talking and wasting my time to a bot live chat that can't answer any clients questions?6. Why you don't provide a reason of closure?7. Did I violate any of your policies?8. Why my account was closed? Usually when you don't pass the verification on any registered platform/company they don't close your account for no reason, without any notice and without explaining why. You have to try again the verification providing different documents or credentials. It's an insane absurd how you operate. As previously advised, due to negative verification checks, your account has been closed and you will be unable to hold an account with bet365.
