Worst app and website for gambling. CEO is paid hundreds of millions, thats because there app is a con and needs urgent government review. Their slot features which you can spend hours waiting to spin in, have paid me as little as £0.04p and I've even had a feature with £0.00 win and the message 'better luck next time'! On a feature? (I have screen shots) on no less than 50 occasions the features have paid less than £3.00 after taking hundreds to get a feature in the first place.... There is no fun in Bet365 gambling apps, they just take and take and pay people in their company nice bonuses. There odds are worked by giving you £0.20p wins when you spent £1.00, that's how their odds balance and they meet gambling commission requirements, by paying out tiny wins when you play and thats how they meet their payout quota and dont have to pay larger pay outs. Very sad, this was a great app, that now just focuses on getting more players and ignoring their current client base and because its web based it will never change, as more people sign up ever day. As a very loyal customer who has a bet every day. Which is well within my budget. I can easily afford. Bet 365 has made adjustments to my account so I don't receive my loyalty bonuses. These bonuses are loyalty bonuses and as I am very loyal customer I am surprised they have done this. Is it a way to save on loyalty bonuses?. I wonder how many other customers have experienced this.
