Honestly bet365 has offered the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Out of all the betting sites I could have gone with I’m so annoyed with myself that I made an account here! Have enjoyed 3 or more years Betting, had no massive wins and never lost lots, i love to a little bet. BUT they closed my account no reason. apart from i tried to deposit some money from my incorrect bank that was listed which i had explained, had to spend 10 minutes getting through to them on the phone, nice polite gent, could not give me a reason at all. I wouldn't even give bet 365 a 1 star rating. At first I had an account & they kept telling me to verify myself. For about 4 weeks they let me deposit money & bet but wouldn't let me withdraw. They let me bet and was taking my money even though they hadn't verified me. Now they have stopped my account. I have money in the account that is my money but apparently they won't let me withdraw it until my account is fully verified. I used a bank statement and they still had a problem with it. So generally they have stolen my money from me because they say they can't send it back to me unless I verify myself fully. I wouldn't even bother with this bet app more hassle than it's worth plus they're thief's. I prefer to use the app BETFAIRJanuary 09, 2021

It’s been over 4 weeks, bet365 they suspended my account after winning some money. I’m still waiting as they placed my account review and I can’t even withdraw. I will post my review after i heard back from them but certainly they are not good to me. The site is really good with the betting options but the customer service is terrible.
