I tried to cash out for minutes consistently for my 15 fold for £198.56 but it would not allow me to, it kept glitching and sending me back to the first option instead of letting me confirm for my return. This was before Ajax scored which with the early payout would have been more but I was too late for that. The outstanding issue is that it has now cashed out for £18.54 and I have no idea why that sum is there because that is not what I cashed out, not even close. The sum is completely random there was £198 on the screen. I would have either had more because due to the early payout and Ajax going 2 goals ahead than the £198 I tried to cash out for, not a random sum of £18.54. Please never use this as the staff are terrible and the application is a complete scam also after declining a self exclusion they permanently banned me anyway and refused to give me what was cashed out but instead the random number they probably pulled out of a hat.
